NCO Group, Inc. “NCO” or the “Company”, a leading provider of business process outsourcing services, announced today that it will hire over 600 individuals for its Customer Contact Center located near Kansas City, Kansas. All positions are Work at Home positions and will coincide with a program expansion for a leading global telecommunications client.
NCOs Work at Home model is deployed across North America serving multiple clients in several vertical markets and customer contact types. For this program expansion in Kansas City, employment opportunities will be for inbound customer service contacts assisting customers with their payments. NCO employees will undergo a four-week training program from an on-site facility located near Kansas City. Following this training, representatives will work from home using a combination of a personal computer and phone. NCO will deploy industry recognized virtual learning and management tools customized for the Work at Home model. NCO will also deploy its proprietary Work at Home technical infrastructure to facilitate program transactions, customer interactions, reporting, and data security.
